By accessing or using Stackable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Stackable is a personal collection management application that lets you track, organize, and share your collections of books, board games, and other items. The service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stackable. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your username is your public identifier on Stackable and will be visible to other users.
We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames that are inactive, misleading, or violate these terms. You may not impersonate another person or use a username that belongs to someone else.
Stackable is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability during the beta period.
You agree not to use Stackable to:
You retain ownership of the content you add to Stackable, including your collection data, notes, and ratings. By using Stackable, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
We do not claim any ownership over your content and will not use it for purposes beyond operating Stackable.
Items in your collection that you have not marked as private will be visible to anyone who visits your public profile. You are responsible for reviewing and managing the visibility of your content. We are not liable for information you choose to make public.
Your use of Stackable is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@trystackable.com. Upon account closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Stackable is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. As an indie beta project, the service is provided in good faith but without any formal service-level guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stackable and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Stackable after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
